MAC Vault Academy is a pole vault community birthed out of a love for athletes and the pole vault. For decades, Brad McFarling has volunteered his time and resources to vaulters in the College Station and Houston area, helping them achieve their dreams of collegiate sports. In 2014, with a growing number of vaulters, he decided to open up a gym in honor of his dad, the original Coach MAC. The Coach MAC Memorial Scholarship program is a great way to keep offering affordable services to those with financial need. Our gym has never been about making money, but it has always been about helping kids become confident, coachable, and capable athletes. This scholarship program seeks to honor Coach MAC who valued coach-ability, perseverance, positive attitude, grit and generosity. If you or someone you know is in a difficult spot financially, please feel free to apply for the scholarship program and we'll see what we can do. We never want money to stand in the way of an athlete following a sport they love. Scholarship recipients will not be advertised.
